Reports

Provide reports on business partner engagement and sponsorship

Role and Reponsibilities

Represents BP membership and provides updates to PCAPPA board
Strive to develop mutual benefits to institutions and BPs
Develop activities to recruit and retain BPs
Collaborate with the Membership Chair with Business Partner membership new and existing
Collaborate with Conference Committee Chair on obtaining sponsorships including booths
Review and update regional business partner code of ethics and advise PCAPPA on adoption
Investigate the creation of an “PCAPPA Business Partner Handbook” that could enumerate benefits, programs, procedures, and expectations for Business Partners.
Investigate regional business partner code of ethics and determine if PCAPPA should adopt policy.
Investigate the creation of an “PCAPPA Business Partner Handbook”

Coordinate awards and recognition at Annual PCAPPA Conference
Seek out recommendations for PCAPPA individual awards and review submittals with A & R committee
Remind members to submit applications for the following: APPA Individual Awards as part of the APPA
Awards and Recognition Committee: Awards include meritorious, pacesetters, APPA fellow, H. Val award, Lee Newman, scholarships, completion of APPA’s Institute for Facilities Management, completion of an approved research project under APPA’s Center for Facilities Research; authorship of an article submitted for publication by APPA; PCAPPA Scholarships for APPA Institute and Academy attendance:
