PCAPPA Pacesetter Award
The Pacesetter in the workplace is an individual who sets the standard or pace for performance, productivity, and behavior within a team or organization. This individual leads by example, demonstrating exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Pacesetters often inspire and motivate their colleagues to strive for higher levels of achievement and contribute to a positive and high-performing work culture.
PCAPPA Unsung Hero Award
This award is bestowed upon individuals who demonstrate extraordinary dedication, selflessness, and impact their institutional communities without seeking recognition or praise. Recipients exemplify the true spirit of service, going above and beyond their responsibilities to make a meaningful difference. Whether through acts of kindness, volunteerism, mentorship, advocacy, or innovation, these individuals quietly and humbly make a positive impact, inspiring others through their actions.
Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Award
This award recognizes exceptional efforts by an individual or team with a commitment to promote and enhance diversity, equity and inclusion efforts — fostering an environment where every individual is valued, respected, and empowered regardless of background, identity, or experiences. This initiative prioritizes creating a culture that celebrates diversity in all its forms, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, socio-economic status, and more.
Anthony (Tony) Guerrero Distinguished Leadership Award

They demonstrate unparalleled commitment to their roles, going above and beyond to achieve excellence and make a positive impact. Through selfless service and tireless dedication, they contribute to the betterment of PCAPPA, its communities or causes, while inspiring others with their passion.
